Emergency data-recovery is one of our core skills, and we pride in not needing to submit data devices to expensive clean rooms for rebuilding for 80% of the jobs we undertake! 

We provide core skills to help provision telecom/cable lines for internet, voice and hybrid VOIP use, and we are currently developing an easy to use SOHO Asterisk PBX platform that is far less expensive to deploy, maintain and expand than a traditional multiline telephone system.  

In the “Internet” realm, we provide support for firewalls and intrusion detection as well as spam, antivirus, and rootkit detection, as well as the removal of the nasties.  

In the physical security realm, we support digital video recording systems (DVR), security cameras, electronic locks and other access controls, as well as planning for security and alarm systems.      

The goal of this exploration is to understand the media content business, create a billing, and support application. It must be an open-source solution that provides carriers an inexpensive solution to manage and support their customers.

Integrated solutions such as support for common GPS devices and automated route checklists, self-service web based applications and universal plug-in support to update information with the larger distributor are all needed applets for the small carrier market.
